General provisions This policy on personal data processing is drafted in accordance with the requirements of the Federal Law of 27.07.2006 No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" (hereinafter referred to as the Personal Data Law) and defines the procedure for processing personal data and measures to ensure the security of personal data taken by Elena Vasilieva (hereinafter referred to as the Operator).
1.1. The Operator sets compliance with human and citizen rights and freedoms when processing their personal data, including protection of the rights to privacy, personal and family secrecy, as its most important goal and requirement for carrying out its activities.
1.2. This Policy of the Operator on personal data processing (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) applies to all information that the Operator may obtain about visitors to the website https://idi-project.com/.
Key terms used in the Policy
2.1. Automated processing of personal data - processing of personal data using computer technology.
2.2. Blocking personal data - a temporary cessation of processing personal data (except cases where processing is necessary to clarify personal data).
2.3. Website - a set of graphical and informational materials, as well as computer programs and databases that ensure their accessibility on the Internet at the network address https://idi-project.com/.
2.4. Personal data information system - a set of personal data contained in databases and providing information technology and technical means for their processing.
2.5. Anonymization of personal data - actions that make it impossible to determine the ownership of personal data to a specific user or other subject of personal data without using additional information.
2.6. Processing of personal data - any action (operation) or a set of actions (operations) performed with personal data using automation tools or without such tools, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, refinement (updating, changing), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), anonymization, blocking, deletion, and destruction of personal data.
2.7. Operator - a state body, municipal authority, legal or natural person, acting alone or jointly with others, organizing and/or carrying out the processing of personal data, as well as determining the purposes of personal data processing, the composition of personal data subject to processing, the actions (operations) carried out with personal data.
2.8. Personal data - any information directly or indirectly related to a specific or identifiable user of the website https://idi-project.com/.
2.9. Personal data allowed by the subject of personal data for distribution - personal data provided unrestricted access to which by an unlimited circle of persons with the consent of the subject of personal data for personal data processing allowed by the subject of the personal data for distribution in the manner provided by the Personal Data Law (hereinafter referred to as personal data allowed for distribution).
2.10. User - any visitor to the website https://idi-project.com/.
2.11. Provision of personal data - actions aimed at disclosing personal data to a certain person or a certain group of people.
2.12. Distribution of personal data - any actions aimed at disclosing personal data to an indefinite circle of persons (transmission of personal data) or acquainting an unlimited number of people with personal data, including the publication of personal data in the media, placement in information and telecommunications networks or providing access to personal data in any other way.
2.13. Cross-border transfer of personal data - the transfer of personal data to the territory of a foreign state to the authority of a foreign state, foreign individual or foreign legal entity.
2.14. Destruction of personal data - any actions as a result of which personal data is destroyed irretrievably with the inability to further restore the content of personal data in the personal data information system and/or material carriers of personal data are destroyed.
Main rights and obligations of the Operator
3.1. The Operator has the right to:
receive from the personal data subject reliable information and/or documents containing personal data;
in case of revocation by the personal data subject of consent to the processing of personal data, as well as the submission of a request to stop processing personal data, the Operator has the right to continue processing personal data without the consent of the personal data subject if there are grounds indicated in the Law on Personal Data;
independently determine the list and set of measures necessary and sufficient to ensure the fulfillment of obligations provided for by the Law on Personal Data and regulatory legal acts adopted in accordance with it, if otherwise not provided by the Law on Personal Data or other federal laws.
3.2. The Operator is obligated to:
provide the subject of personal data with information concerning the processing of their personal data upon request;
organize the processing of personal data in accordance with Russian legislation;
respond to requests and inquiries from subjects of personal data and their legal representatives in compliance with the requirements of the Personal Data Law;
provide necessary information to the authorized body for the protection of the rights of subjects of personal data within 10 days of receiving a request from such body;
publish or otherwise ensure unrestricted access to this Policy regarding the processing of personal data;
take legal, organizational, and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, provision, distribution of personal data, as well as other unlawful actions in relation to personal data;
cease the transmission (distribution, provision, access) of personal data, stop processing and destroy personal data in the cases and manner provided for by the Personal Data Law;
fulfill other obligations provided for by the Personal Data Law.
Main rights and obligations of subjects of personal data
4.1. Subjects of personal data have the right to:
receive information concerning the processing of their personal data, except in cases provided for by federal law. The information is provided to the subject of personal data by the Operator in an accessible form and should not contain personal data concerning other subjects of personal data, except in cases where there are legal grounds for disclosing such personal data. The list of information and the procedure for obtaining it are established by the Personal Data Law;
demand that the Operator clarify their personal data, block or destroy it if the personal data is incomplete, out of date, inaccurate, illegally obtained or not necessary for the declared purpose of processing, as well as take measures provided for by law to protect their rights;
set the condition for obtaining prior consent for processing of personal data for the purpose of promoting goods, works and services on the market;
withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data, as well as send a request to stop processing personal data;
appeal to the authorized body for the protection of the rights of subjects of personal data or in court against unlawful actions or inaction of the Operator when processing their personal data.
4.2. Data subjects are obliged to:
provide the Operator with accurate information about themselves;
inform the Operator about the clarification (update, change) of their personal data.
4.3. Persons who provided the Operator with inaccurate information about themselves, or information about another data subject without the latter's consent, shall be liable in accordance with Russian legislation.
Principles of personal data processing
5.1. Personal data processing is carried out on a legal and fair basis.
5.2. Personal data processing is limited to specific, pre-defined, and legal purposes. Processing of personal data that is incompatible with the purposes of personal data collection is not allowed.
5.3. It is not allowed to combine databases containing personal data that are processed for incompatible purposes.
5.4. Only personal data that corresponds to the purposes of their processing are subject to processing.
5.5. The content and volume of processed personal data correspond to the stated purposes of their processing. Redundancy of processed personal data with respect to the stated purposes of their processing is not allowed.
5.6. When processing personal data, accuracy, sufficiency, and, in necessary cases, relevance of personal data to the purposes of personal data processing are ensured. The Operator takes necessary measures and/or ensures their adoption to delete or clarify incomplete or inaccurate data.
5.7. Personal data is stored in a form that allows to identify the data subject no longer than necessary for the purposes of personal data processing, if the period of storage of personal data is not established by federal law, a contract, a party to which is the data subject or a beneficiary or surety under which the data subject is. Processed personal data is destroyed or depersonalized upon achievement of the purposes of processing or in case of loss of the need to achieve these purposes, if otherwise not provided by federal law.

Conditions of personal data processing
7.1. Personal data processing is carried out with the consent of the subject of personal data to process their personal data.
7.2. Personal data processing is necessary to achieve the objectives provided by the international treaty of the Russian Federation or law, to fulfill the functions, powers, and duties imposed by the legislation of the Russian Federation on the operator.
7.3. Personal data processing is necessary for the administration of justice, execution of a court decision, an act of another body or official that is subject to execution in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation on enforcement proceedings.
7.4. Personal data processing is necessary to perform a contract in which the subject of personal data is a party, beneficiary, or guarantor, as well as to conclude an agreement at the initiative of the subject of personal data or a contract in which the subject of personal data will be a beneficiary or guarantor. 7.5. Personal data processing is necessary to protect the rights and legitimate interests of the operator or third parties or to achieve socially significant objectives, provided that the rights and freedoms of the subject of personal data are not violated.
7.6. Personal data processing is carried out for personal data that is publicly accessible, to which an unlimited circle of persons provided access by the subject of personal data or upon their request (hereinafter referred to as "public personal data").
7.7. Personal data processing is carried out for personal data subject to publication or mandatory disclosure in accordance with federal law.
Procedure for collecting, storing, transferring, and other types of personal data processing.
The security of personal data processed by the Operator is ensured by implementing the legal, organizational, and technical measures necessary to fully comply with the requirements of the current legislation in the field of personal data protection.
8.1. The Operator ensures the confidentiality of personal data and takes all possible measures to prevent unauthorized access to personal data.
8.2. The User's personal data will never be transferred to third parties under any circumstances, except for cases related to the implementation of current legislation or in cases where the data subject has given consent to the Operator for the transfer of data to a third party to fulfill obligations under a civil law contract.
8.3. In case of inaccuracies in personal data, the User can update them independently by sending a notification to the Operator's email address head@idi-project.com with the mark "Updating personal data."
8.4. The processing period of personal data is determined by achieving the goals for which personal data was collected, unless another period is provided for by the contract or applicable law. The User may at any time withdraw his/her consent to the processing of personal data by sending a notification to the Operator via email to the Operator's email address head@idi-project.com with the mark "Revocation of consent to process personal data."
8.5. All information collected by third-party services, including payment systems, communication tools, and other service providers, is stored and processed by these individuals (Operators) in accordance with their User Agreement and Privacy Policy. The data subject and/or those documents. The Operator is not responsible for the actions of third parties, including the service providers mentioned in this section.
8.6. Prohibitions on the transfer (except for providing access), as well as on the processing or conditions of processing (except for receiving access) of personal data allowed for dissemination by the subject of personal data, do not apply in cases where personal data is processed in the public interest, as determined by Russian legislation.
8.7. The operator ensures the confidentiality of personal data during their processing
8.8. The operator stores the personal data in a form that allows for the identification of the data subject no longer than is necessary for the purposes of processing, unless the storage period is established by federal law or a contract where the data subject is a party, beneficiary, or guarantor.
8.9. The processing of personal data may be terminated upon achieving the processing purposes, expiration of the consent term of the data subject, withdrawal of consent by the data subject, or upon request to terminate the processing of personal data, as well as upon the determination of unlawful processing of personal data.
List of actions performed by the operator with the received personal data
9.1. The operator collects, records, systematizes, accumulates, stores, updates (clarifies, amends), extracts, uses, transfers (distributes, provides, allows access), depersonalizes, blocks, deletes, and destroys personal data.
9.2. The operator carries out automated processing of personal data with the receipt and/or transmission of the received information through information and telecommunications networks or without them.
Cross-border transfer of personal data
10.1. Before commencing activities on the cross-border transfer of personal data, the operator must notify the authorized body for the protection of the rights of data subjects of its intention to carry out such transfer separately from the notification of the intention to process personal data.
10.2. Before submitting the above-mentioned notification, the operator is obligated to obtain the necessary information from foreign state authorities, foreign individuals, and foreign legal entities to whom the cross-border transfer of personal data is planned.
Confidentiality of personal data The Operator and other entities that have access to personal data are obliged not to disclose personal data to third parties and not to distribute personal data without the consent of the subject of personal data, unless otherwise provided by federal law.
Final provisions
12.1. The User may obtain any explanations on issues related to the processing of his personal data by contacting the Operator via email at head@idi-project.com.
12.2. Any changes to the Operator's policy on the processing of personal data will be reflected in this document. The policy is valid indefinitely until it is replaced by a new version.
